Roberto & Ana's Peaceful Retirement Under the Spanish Sun
Roberto Martín, a 68-year-old retiree from Mexico City, always dreamed of spending his retirement years in a place that combined cultural richness with natural beauty and tranquility. After a fulfilling career as a university professor, Roberto, along with his wife, Ana, decided that Spain, with its renowned quality of life, vibrant culture, and excellent climate, was their ideal destination. Their choice was further solidified by Spain's affordable cost of living and its world-class healthcare system.

Upon initiating their relocation plans, Roberto and Ana encountered challenges such as understanding local regulations, finding suitable healthcare, and adapting to a new lifestyle. Roberto's Moving Timeline

Start of Services
moviinn helped Roberto and Ana with organizing all the documents and sorting all the bureaucracy related to the application for the visa: Evidence of having sufficient financial means, getting a NIE and finding a home among other key aspects.
Applying for a Visa
After all the bureaucracy was taken care of, and the application was approved, Roberto and Ana could finally start their life in Malaga, where they had already chosen a home with moviinn's Real Estate team.
Arriving to Spain
moviinn helped them get a 1 year residency permit. Usually, you would have to renew it again after the third and fifth year but since Roberto and Ana are Mexican, they can apply for Spanish citizenship after 2 years of residency.
